Ahman Green to Appear in “LOMBARDI” The Play

Packers Legends Join STC for First Show of the Season

The Sheboygan Theatre Company is proud to announce the cast of their fall production of Eric Simonson’s Lombardi, a thrilling view of Wisconsin’s St. Vincent told through the eyes of a reporter named Michael McCormick. Starring as Lombardi will be Steve Myers (STC’s You Can’t Take It With You), backed up by Christi Sueck as Marie Lombardi, Dave Payton as McCormick, Ahman Green as Dave Robinson, Michael Roehl as Paul Hornung, and Matthew Frei as Jim Taylor. Opening night, September 30, will feature a Tailgate Brat Fry to celebrate the opening of both the show and STC’s 83rd season.

STC is especially excited and honored to welcome Packers all-time leading rusher Ahman Green to the cast. Mr. Green is also an avid humanitarian, video gamer, the founder of the Ahman Green Foundation, and spokesperson for the Wisconsin branch of the Alzheimer’s Association. At the October 6 show, STC is proud to welcome the real-life Dave Robinsonand his co-author Royce Boyles for a book-signing and a Question & Answer period after the performance.

STC will continue its historic 83rd season with the classic My Fair Lady, running December 2– 10, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) February 10 – 18, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof from March 17 – 25, and The Full Monty from May 12 – 20 (Full Monty is recommended for audience members over 17). Studio Players, STC’s second stage at Paradigm Coffee & Music, will present a revival of its sold-out run of last year’s The Rocky Horror Show October 27 – 29, Sam Shepard’s True West January 26 – 28, and the Hitchcock farce The 39 Steps March 16 – 18. Rocky Horror and True West are suggested for adult audiences only. STC will also premiere its first STC Kids Theatre production for all ages, How I Became a Pirate, in the spring of 2017, and will continue to offer low-cost, professionally taught classes for the community through STC Class ACT, the educational branch of the company.
